Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at Dunes Village Resort had its highs and lows. While the staff, especially Patricia in reservations, provided exceptional service and the water park kept my kids entertained, I wasn't thrilled to find out about the indoor park's lack of windows, which made it quite chilly. Additionally, my room had some condensation issues that led to a bit of mold, so that was disappointing. Overall, the facilities and activities make it a great family-friendly place, but some communication and maintenance improvements would elevate the experience.
